Barnes and Noble.com good security credit card procedure to avoid fraud

My friend opened Barnesandnoble.com account and chose for the first time much of DVD-Video disk selection of Country Music, Classical and Modern Rock. Checkout procedure was easy, but at the last step credit card special digit numbers was not prompted, at the first moment we thought there is some bug. In the private e-mail we received e-mail from Internet shop, there was additional information to need immediately send to them. All required information was send to the Internet shop, but business day was already closed, some minutes past 17:00 at Friday. I Hope, Monday morning all will be our day and after voice call deal will be successfully done.
